As a speech-language pathologist (SLP), I am clinically trained to help individuals with understanding and speaking, speech production, voice health, and swallowing. All these areas are so important in helping us connect and interact with others.

I’ve been working as a speech-language pathologist since 2011, first in Brisbane, Australia, and then returning to Alberta in 2014. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including healthcare, long-term care facilities, schools, preschools, and private practice. I’ve published papers, presented at professional conferences, and developed resources in the profession. I’m committed to improving the quality of life of my clients. In my spare time, I also write young adult (YA) fantasy novels. www.lauraziegler.ca
